History

From an idea born in the Netherlands to a dream realized in Italy

La Dolce Casa in the Netherlands in 2017 by Antonella Ghiani and Frits Hemerik with a clear idea in mind: to help foreign clients purchase their second home in Italy without any unexpected surprises.

After years of experience, the Italian office opened in 2025, with Nicola Lanari - a duly licensed real estate agent - ready to guide clients on a safe, transparent path with attention to every detail.

Today we are more than 20 employees, active throughout Italy, supporting clients from Germany, Holland, Belgium and other European countries.
